Jean Thélève Pierre-Toussaint, Vice president of Provisional Electoral Council (CEP) who serves as Acting President, in the continued absence of Gaillot Dorsinvil, has informed that after the challenge period, through the offices of litigation, the CEP has release yesterday via a statement, the proclamation of final results of the legislative by-elections of May 29, 2011.

Deputies who have won these elections :

Dérilus Vikens (MODELH-PRDH) -- Verrettes, (Artibonite)

Sanozier François (Alternative) -- Fonds-Verrette/Ganthier (West)

Labbé Ruffine (Ansanm Nou Fo -- La Vallée de Jacmel (South East)

Gaillot Dorsinvil without indicating where he is, has said via the press, that he suffered of a stomach ulcer and had to undergo surgery, denying thus the rumors of his alleged fled abroad to escape to the allegations of fraud and corruption which he and the members of the CEP are accused.
