A hougan decapitated

The decapitated body of Walner Yliona, a 60-year-old houngan, was found at Marin 36 (Croix-des-Bouquets) in the home of a family who accused him of having cast a bad spell on their sick child. According to Justice of the Peace Bernard Pierre-Louis, the houngan was murdered with knives and his body thrown into a well.

3 people shot dead at Carrefour

This weekend, 3 people fell under murdering bullets by unidentified individuals in the commune of Carrefour. One of the victims died on Saturday at Arcachon 30 while the other two were killed during the night from Saturday to Sunday at Mahotière 75.

Dismantling of a truck hijacking gang

Saturday evening, during a targeted operation, the National Police of Haiti (PNH) dismantled a gang specialized in the hijacking of goods trucks in the commune of Williamson (Arcahaie). During the operation 14 people were arrested.

PNH : Drug trafficking, 2 people arrested

Saturday, November 14, in the town of Saint-Louis du Nord, the Haitian National Police (PNH) during a check, arrested 2 individuals identified as Berlin François and Vilsaint Pyrlet, after discovering concealed on board the Mitsubishi vehicle in which they were walking, several packages of marijuana.
