Haiti - Diplomacy : High-level Haitian mission in the Dominican Republic
Claude Joseph, the Minister of Foreign Affairs at the head of a delegation of high-level officials from the Chancellery, will visit the Dominican Republic from Sunday, November 29 to December 6, 2020, confirmed the Embassy of Haiti in Santo-Domingo.

As part of this mission, Chancellor Joseph will have a busy agenda to exhaust. In addition to working sessions with his Dominican homogue Roberto Álvarez, he will also visit Barahona, Dajabón, Higüey and Santiago de los Caballeros.

Chancellor Joseph will arrive on Sunday, November 29 at Isabela International Airport. He will participate with his delegation in a lunch hosted by Minister Álvarez.

Monday, November 30, Claude Joseph will visit the headquarters of the Embassy of Haiti in Santo Domoingo, where he will hold working meetings with Ambassador Smith Augustin, the staff of the diplomatic legation and the Haitian diaspora.

Tuesday, December 1st, a working meeting between the two Foreign Ministers will be followed by another meeting involving a delegation of high-level technicians from both countries.

Wednesday, December 2nd, Claude Joseph will go to the province of Barahona where a working day is planned at the headquarters of the Haitian consulate.

For the following days, Chancellor Joseph accompanied by the Haitian delegation scheduled visits and working meetings in Haitian consulates in the province of La Altagracia (Higuey), Dajabón and Santiago.

Sunday, December 6, Minister Joseph and his delegation will return to the country.
