Tuesday evening in Pétion-ville, as part of the new strategic plan against insecurity, agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) carried out a strong dragnet during a road check.

In fact, more than a dozen people who were on board a mini bus were arrested. They had firearms and ammunition in their possession which were seized; A 9 mm caliber pistol belonging to the PNH was recovered among the weapons seized.

Note that the PNH is mobilized throughout the national territory, particularly in the metropolitan region, where is found a reinforced presence of police officers to accompany the population preparing to spend the end of year celebrations.
