Haiti - Politic : Opening of the Embassy and Consulate of Haiti in Morocco 09/12/2020 07:58:50
Claude Joseph, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Haiti is expected in Rabat for talks with his Moroccan counterpart, Nasser Bourita, the two men will proceed Thursday together at the inauguration of the Haitian embassy in Rabat before going to Dakhla on Friday for the opening of the Consulate General in Dakhla. Haiti will thus be the first non-Arab and non-African country to open a Consulate in the Moroccan Sahara. This inauguration should be followed by the signing of a series of cooperation agreements to support the dynamic of relations between the two countries.
