2 rapes of underages
Two cases of rape were reported in Grand'Anse over the past weekend. Information confirmed by Me Arold Nicolas, Departmental Director of the Office of the Protector of the Citizen (OPC). Jostling in Gas Stations
"Tank trucks are starting to supply the Service Stations. We ask the Haitian National Police (PNH) to help secure Gas Stations in order to protect delivery operations," announced on Monday the National Association of Petroleum Products Distributors (ANADIPP), a non-profit organization bringing together distributors of petroleum products responsible for retail sale to the consumer.

Arrest of ten speculators and seized fuel
Informed by the population of the illicit sale of fuel, Tacite Toussaint, Secretary of State for Public Security accompanied by an agent of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) proceeded to Delmas to the arrest of a dozen speculators and seized several gallons filled with fuel that he illegally sold on the parallel market at a high price (between 500 and 750 Gourdes per gallon)

Justice : The prosecutors make a truce
Following the fruitful meeting between the Ministry of Justice and the Directory of the Collectif des Magistrats Debout d'Haiti (COMADH) the prosecutors of the 18 jurisdictions of the country observed a truce, after more than 2 months of strike. The strikers say they hope the government authorities will make fair decisions as soon as possible. Otherwise, they threaten to resume strike action until their demands are met.

Canadian support for the Constitution and the elections
On Friday, Chancellor Claude Joseph had a fruitful conversation with his Canadian counterpart, François-Philippe Champagne around Canada's support for constitutional reform and the holding of legislative elections in 2021 to renew the political staff in Haiti.
