A self-defense course was offered by trainer Joseph Dominique Moleto last month for members of women's groups close to "Kay Fanm" and women newly welcomed and supported by the organization. Certain self-defense techniques allow you to free yourself from dangerous situations even when the aggressor is stronger than you.
