The Ministry advises all people presenting the following signs and symptoms : itching, scratching skin lesions to go to the nearest health institution for adequate treatment.

The Ministry encourages you to apply the following preventive measures :

1. Avoid direct contact with an infected person;

2. Boil the bedding;

3. Disinfect clothes. sheets. pillows and towel;

4. Ventilate the spaces;

5. Bathe with clean water;

6. Avoid scratching the skin in spite of the urge.

Counting on everyone's collaboration, the Ministry of Health invites the population to be vigilant in order to curb the spread of this infectious disease.
