Address to the Nation of Jovenel Moïse (Video)

To mark the 4th year of his five-year term which ends on February 7, 2022, President Moïse addressed the Nation, Sunday at 3:00 pm on Facebook and on several other online platforms, to present to the Haitian people the results of the fourth year of its administration.

Armed demonstration in Gonaïves

Sunday 7 several hundred demonstrators, some with masked faces and heavily armed, took concrete action in the city of Gonaïves, against the power in place, demanding the departure of the Head of State.

Public works on all fronts

The North-East Departmental Directorate of the Ministry of Public Works undertakes earthworks on the road from Carrefour Derack to the Power Plant of the commune of Fort-Liberté https://www.haitilibre.com/article-32952 -haiti-politique-electricite-24-24-a-fort-liberte-promise-kept.html. These works, which extend over 400 linear meters, will allow rapid access to this plant. At the same time, the technicians are speeding up with the concrete work on rue St-Pierre, in Ouanaminthe. Distribution of 20,000 food kits in 48 hours

On February 5 and 6, the Economic and Social Assistance Fund (FAES) FAES in partnership with the Departmental Delegation of the West carried out a large distribution of food kits to around 20,000 needy citizens in the metropolitan area. The operations were carried out by teams from both institutions with the support of agents of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) and those of the Public Security.
