Haiti - Police : 5 Serbs for the training of the PNH
A team of five members of the Serbian Interior Ministry is expected in Haiti, where they will replace their colleagues who have been there for the past year in the UN peacekeeping mission.

Ivica Dacic, Serbian Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister talked with team members, led by Desimir Niketic, yesterday, expressing confidence that they will successfully continue to represent the Serbian police and the state.

Dacic recalled that the Serbian police has been participating in the United Nations Stabilization Mission in Haiti (Minsutah) since 2008, and this is the fourth team involved in the advising, monitoring and training of the local police (PNH).

Niketic declared that all preparations for departure and joining the UN peacekeeping mission have been successfully completed, and that the morale and motivation of the entire team is at a high level.
