Haiti - Obituary : Death of Patrick Numas, Electoral Advisor to the CEP 23/02/2021 09:48:01 Patrick Numa was ill in recent days following a cardiovascular accident last December. Transported to Cuba in January to undergo physiotherapy treatment, Electoral Advisor Numa returned to the country on February 17. Find out more about Patrick Dumas : A trade unionist particularly committed for the past two decades, Patrick Numa has long campaigned within several union structures working for social justice in Haiti and respect for the rights of workers through the Independent General Organization of Haitian Workers (OGITH), of which he was one of the founding members, leaves the memory of a devoted and meticulous patriot. Within the Board, he has always positioned himself as a dossier man in the accomplishment of his mission.
