"[...] Gentlemen in the Village de Dieu I tell you, pull over, we will come upon you, if there is any advice I can give you, look for a way to lower your arms because it whatever the way, we'll get it on you.
Because in the country there is a President who is never afraid, who is not a coward and who has a lot of courage. The Haitian police and army know that we are after you, I know that there are meetings at the moment where strategies are being put in place.
The vagabonds cannot rout us, there cannot be a square meter in the country which is a lawless zone, where the State cannot enter. That means, gentlemen, with everything you have just done you have already lost [...]"
