Divisional Commissioner Paul Ménard was dismissed and was replaced by Commissioner Joël Casséus (previously Commissioner of Croix-des-Bouquets).

Commissioner Jean René Casséus replaces Joël Casséus at the head of the Croix-des-Bouquets police station.

Commissioner Lavaud Bélimaire has been promoted as new Commissioner of Port-au-Prince.

Inspector General Carl Henry Boucher, Director of General Police Intelligence has been isolated since March 15 and has already been hearded twice, including Friday March 19.
