Haitian Ambassador denies rape accusations

Ambassador Monesty Junior Fanfil, in a press release dated March 21, formally denies "the accusations, which he considers fallacious and false", of an employee of the Embassy of Haiti in Chile, Mickel Ange Joseph, who accused him of having beaten and raped her "The charges in question result from the dismissal of Ms. Joseph from the diplomatic mission," said the Ambassador.
