In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic which worsens socio-economic conditions and inflicts significant losses at the level of the world economy, many Haitian companies are experiencing a difficult situation, especially Very Small Enterprises (VSEs) and Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

In order to better understand the situation of these said companies on Haitian territory and to provide them with support, the Alliance for Risk Management and Business Continuity (AGERCA) carried out a survey in order to assess the impact of Covid-19 on VSEs and SMEs.

The main objective of this survey was to assess the impact of the health crisis on the activities of companies in Haiti and more specifically :

• Highlight the sectors of activity, categories, legal status, size of companies affected by the health crisis;

• Measure the impact of the health crisis on VSEs and SMEs;

• Identify the main challenges generated by the health crisis;

• Take into account the suggestions and identify the measures taken by business leaders to mitigate the perceived impact of the health crisis.
