Normalis Paul, civil servant and auditor at the Superior Court of Accounts and Administrative Litigation (CSC/CA) and Ms. Mimose Benoit an employee at the Court kidnapped last April 20 by unidentified individuals between 4 th Avenue Bolosse and Martissant https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-33542-haiti-insecurity-5-people-kidnapped-in-24-hours.html were released by their captors after 48 hours of kidnapping on the night of Thursday, April 22. It is not known if a ransom was paid. The kidnappers are still holding Normalis Paul's wife and son hostage.
