The other participants were JCM Power-Sigora Solar, InterEnergy, Lauzin Energy-Northwest-Instalaciones-SD, Wineco-Living Energy-Siemens-WIN & R, Soventix-Geninov and Virtuosity. Note that the Akuo Energy firm is already present in the Dominican Republic where it has installed 50 Mw of wind power in operation in El Copey (Province of Monte Cristi) and 1.8 mw of solar power in Punta Cana.
