Joseph Lambert wants to prevent the referendum
Senator Joseph Lambert denounces the project of the President of the Republic, Jovenel Moïse, who wants to endow the country with a new constitution through, according to him, an illegal referendum. The president of the third Senate is asking the people of the Southeast Department to arm themselves with courage in order to prevent the referendum from being held in this department.
