Haiti - Reconstruction : Official visit of Guido Westerwelle

Guido Westerwelle, the Federal Minister of Foreign Affairs of Germany, will be in Haiti Sunday, July 17, 2011 for a working visit.
The agenda of the Minister, includes meetings with the President of the Republic Michel Martelly and with the Special Representative of UN Secretary General and Head of the Minustah Mariano Fernández Amunátegui.
During his stay, the Minister will inaugurate in the city of Léogâne, a project to prevent major climate risk and will give during this event an earthquake warning system prior to monitor the activities of the German NGO "Johanniter International", funded by Germany, who provides health care benefits and support to health institutions and services of primary health care through mobile clinics, prosthetics and orthotics services, psychosocial support and physiotherapy service.
