Haiti - FLASH : Relocation of examination centers from areas of armed conflict

Louis Fritz Dorminvil, the Departmental Director of Education for the West, announced that due to armed clashes between gangs that have been going on since early June, the Ministry of National Education has decided to relocate at least 30 official examination centers that are in areas of armed conflict to ensure the safety of candidates.

This measure concerns all classes of exams.

Following this decision, the students of Fontamara and Martissant will be transferred to Carrefour and those of Cité Soleil and bas Delmas will be transferred to schools located in Haut-Delmas.

Family Education Centers (CEF): July 12 to 16

End of secondary studies (Philo / S4): July 26 to 29
