The first senator of Southeast Edwin Zenny, in an exclusive interview with Haïtilibre provided details about his past statements made during the passage of President Joseph Michel Martelly in the metropolis of South-East Thursday, on Thursday 14, July. An amount that is distributed as follows, 121 000 gourds for the monthly fee of Senator, whose its net salary is reduced to 84,000 gourds after collection of taxes, 125,000 gourds for the monthly fee of the Coordinator of the Office of Parliamentary, 30,000 gourds for the payment of two security guards, 90,000 gourds for the salary of two consultants, 20,000 gourds for the fuel, 10,000 gours of phone credit, USD$35,000 for the purchase of a vehicle and 40,000 gourds every month for the organization of patronal feasts in the communes including the communal sections of the department of origin of the Senator and other privileges.

The first elected senator of the Department of the Southeast, Edwin Zenny after all his affirmations said that he did not understand the behavior of his colleague Wenceslas Lambert who wanted to give a different political color to his statements while he had not cited a Senator enjoying these privileges to the main body.
