Haiti - FLASH : The earth trembled 42 km from Port-au-Prince

Thursday, July 15, 2021 at 5:01:02 am, an earthquake of magnitude 4.2 on the Richter scale occurred 15 km south-east of Ganthier (West Dept., borough of Croix-des-Bouquets) at 18.466 degrees North latitude, 71.939 degrees West longitude, at a depth of 10 km. The epicenter was located 33 km South-East of Croix-des-Bouquets (West), 42 km East of Port-au-Prince (West), 29 km North East of Belle Anse (South East). This earthquake was felt very lightly in the metropolitan area. So far, no damage has been reported by the municipal Civil Protection committees. HL/ HaitiLibre
