The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) reminds the public in general and educational agents in particular that the 9th year fundamental exams are held, as announced, from July 19 to 21, 2021, across the 10 departments of the country. A total of 189,568 candidates are expected to take these exams.

The West hosts the highest number with 84,226 candidates, followed by Artibonite and the North with 23,340 candidates and 19,130 ​​candidates respectively. The weakest effetive comes from Nippes with 6,108 candidates.

Calendar of tests for the 9th fundamental year :

Day 1: July 19, 2021

- French communication from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., counting as 300 points

- Experimental sciences 1h00 - 2h30, counting as 200 points

Day 2: July 20, 2021

- Creole communication from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., counting as 200 points

- Social sciences 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 a.m., counting as 200 points

- English 2h00 - 4h00, counting as 200 points

Day 3: July 21, 2021

- Mathematics from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m., counting as 300 points

- Spanish from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 a.m., counting as 200 points

Total points 1,600

At the same time, the examinations of the Normal Schools of Teachers (ENI) and of the Family Education Centers (CEF) will be held from July 19 to 23, 2021. In total, 3,298 candidates including 998 in preschool and 2,300 at the fundamental level will participate in the ENI tests.

State exams 2021, instructions to follow :

The Ministry of National Education and Vocational Training (MENFP) reminds the public in general and candidates in particular that the following instructions will be strictly applied during the 2021 state exams period:

• Wearing a mask is compulsory for all candidates in order to have access to the examination rooms;

• Any candidate caught in the act of fraud or having reprehensible behavior will have his copy canceled and will be invited to leave the room after a report has been drawn up. The candidate will not be able to take the exams for a minimum of two years;

• No candidate may enter an examination center with a weapon, whatever its nature;

• Wearing a uniform is compulsory during the examinations, except for unsuccessful candidates;

• The use of programmable calculators and any other communication device is strictly prohibited;

• Cellular telephones are strictly prohibited in examination centers, except for those in charge, if necessary. Thus, the use of the telephone is prohibited for supervisors and supervisors;

• Any candidate caught in the act of fraud with a cell phone will be eliminated;

• Anyone caught in the act of fraud in the vicinity and / or in the examination centers will be arrested and handed over to the judicial authorities for legal consequences;

• It is forbidden for the security officers of the examination centers to enter the examination rooms;

• No one can have access to an examination center without authorization from the central authorities (Minister, General Directorate, BUNEXE, Departmental Directorate).
