Message from the Queen of England

Her Majesty the Queen of England Elisabeth II sent a message of condolence to the Prime Minister of Haiti "I am deeply saddened by the tragic loss of life and destruction caused by the earthquake in Haiti. Port-de-Paix : The power plant burgled

A week of prayer

Senator Fourcand is organizing an airlift with his plane

South Senator Hervé Fourcand (PHTK) has been organizing an airlift since yesterday to help transfer the wounded from Les Cayes to Port-au-Prince. The senator made his own plane available to the victims and received assistance from other air carriers

Taiwan : Donation of 500,000 US dollars

Following the deadly earthquake of August 14, the President of Taiwan (Republic of China) TSAI Ing-wen, aware of the gravity of the situation and the needs of the people and the Haitian Government, announced emergency humanitarian aid of 500,000 US dollars, to help the Haitian government meet the immediate challenges. The Taiwanese Embassy in Haiti will coordinate with the Haitian side the use of this financial assistance.
