Thus, the Canadian Parliamentary Centre (CPC) and the BQG of the Minustah have launched a joint program of training and coaching for a new leadership of Haitian women in politics. It covers the training of 25 coaches, including 7 men and 18 women from all regions and of all political tendencies. 11 participants were candidates for deputies.

Four of the six haitian parliamentarians elected have benefited of this support, particularly in terms of political leadership. A program initiated for them by the by the Office of Gender Issues and the Canadian Parliamentary Centre.
