The youth football is booming now in the Haitian Football Federation (FHF) with the championship of 12 years and the detection of 15 years. To deal with all these activities, initiated by the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA), Carlo Marcelin, Technical Director and the National President of the FHF, Yves Jean-Bart decided to strengthen their technical staff this summer.

Based on the results of the training Initiateur 1, and on the advice of Mr. Jocelyn Germe of the Regional Technical Commission (CRT) of Martinique, Carlo Marcelin has proposed to Natacha Cajuste, Kencia Marseille and Lovely Placide to assist his team for the ongoing women's programs, namely the national championship of 12 yerars and especially the detection of less than 15 years.

The latter program is a national first. The FHF would like from the beginning of the next academic year [September], have a class of 25 young girls at the Centre Goal JS Blatter of the Federation. The detection is still in progress, before the grouping from August 11 to 13, of about forty girls for the most talented of them.

The dream of Carlo and of the President Yves, whose the Women's football has never been an easy task, is to entrust the formation of these girls to a coaching by women, the reality and the quality of our teachers are being to give life to this dream.
