The examining magistrate Garry Orélien, in charge of the file of the assassination of the former President Jovenel Moïse, invited the wife of the late President Martine Moïse, to appear at the Court of First Instance of Port-au-Prince, in part of this case. The hearing is scheduled for September 20, 2021.
PNH : 1 racketeer killed his accomplice on the run
Tuesday, September 14, 2021, the Police of La Croix-des-bouquets, intervened at the bus station of Mirebalais where passers-by are being held to ransom by two armed individuals who did not hesitate to shoot in the direction of the police patrol which has immediately replied. During the exchange of fire, the police fatally injured one of the bandits while the other managed to escape on a motorcycle. A 9mm caliber Taurus firearm was found.
Arrest of a wanted despoiler
Monday, September 13 in Hinche, a motorcycle taxi driver identified as Alcenat Dieuvy (33) aka "Bel Amour" was arrested for his alleged involvement in acts of kidnapping. He was also the subject of an arrest warrant since September 1, 2021 for attempted assassination, assault and the offense of spoliation on the person of Jean Dieudaille.
