Covid-19 : Death of Father Jean Julien Estiverne
The Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince informs us that on Saturday October 23, 2021, Father Jean Julien Estiverne, parish priest of the Sacré Coeur de Vialet Parish, (Petit-Goâve) died from complications from Covid-19. The Archdiocese of Port-au-Prince "wishes the soul of the deceased to rest in peace in divine mercy."

Serious fire in Limonade
Saturday evening a serious fire broke out in Limonade near the bus station. Witnesses report that the explosion of a fuel drum is the cause of the fire. Several houses were engulfed in flames.

Security : Government commitment
