Tank trucks blocked at Varreux
On Thursday, November 11, the Haitian National Police escorted government tankers to the Varreux terminal. However, the drivers at the site waited hours without being able to fill their tanks or leave the area due to heavy fire from the bandits controlling the area. The day before, 2 government tankers were able to leave the Varreux terminal with 8,000 gallons of fuel.

Buses and hostages released

3 women kidnapped brutalized and raped
