Haiti - Reshuffle : Speech by Prime Minister a.i. Ariel Henry
On Wednesday November 24, 2021 at the Prime Minister's Office, Prime Minister Ariel Henry presented the 8 new Ministers of the reshuffle of his Government and gave each of them a copy of the Appointment Order.

In his speech for the occasion, the Prime Minister declared "[...]
With the installation of a new government, we are entering a decisive new stage in the interim period. I am not teaching anyone anything by saying that one of the main tasks of this government is to create a safe and stable environment conducive to the organization of popular consultations for the adoption of a new Constitution and the choice of new elected officials who will have to manage our country both nationally and locally.

As of tomorrow, I will get back to work to implement the instances provided for in the Agreement. I want to reassure the sectors which, because of insecurity, have hesitated to engage in the establishment of the Provisional Electoral Council (CEP,) of the National Constituent Assembly, and of the Control and Monitoring Authority, and tell them that we are working to resolve this issue. We need to start preparing for the deadlines now.

We need to change the paradigm. Something must change in our country, in our way of doing things, in our way of being, in our way of living together, in our way of sharing what we have.
