Haiti - Social : International youth day 2011
The official ceremony will be held from 10:30am to 11:30am it will consist in a contextualization by report to the
to the theme of the Day by the Director of Youth and Insertion of MJSAC, a young will speak, followed by a representative of the United Nations system, of Minister of MJSAC and of the representative of His Excellency the President of the Republic.
Then the competition "Merit of Youth 2011" (Mérite de la Jeunesse 2011) will be launched, the objectives of the latter categories, how to apply, selection criteria and the schedule will be presented.
There will also be a panel discussion, moderated by a renowned personality, after the presentations of the panelists the debate will be powered, among other by the questions collected in the audience.
From 9:00am to 4:00pm will be held the Youth Expo, kiosk of presentations of products and services addressed to young people or made by them will be set up and animated throughout the day.
Then from 11:30am to 4:00pm will be held the Podium of Young, this is a space of expression built with the aim of promoting young talents in various fields of art. In this sense, a cultural program, only led by youth and youth groups will take place throughout the day.
The sculptors of the art workshop recovery (atelier d'art récupération) and some twenty drummers will participate in the commemoration of MJSAC, more than 25 creations will be exhibited at the Ranch of the Croix des Bouquets and approximately 20 percussionists will give a performance at the opening ceremony this Friday.
