Monday between around 10:00 a.m., armed individuals in a black vehicle kidnapped under threat, at the corner of Marcelin and Waag streets, in downtown Port-au-Prince, Marc Théagène the Administrator of RTVC and his wife.

It is not known until now the conditions of the kidnappers for the release of the two hostages.
