Haiti - Education : The PM Launches the E-certificate platform (Video)
Friday, March 18, 2022, Prime Minister ai Ariel Henry launched the E-certificate platform https://www.haitilibre.com/en/news-36079-haiti-flash-obtain-online-diplomas-certificates-authenticated-and-legalized-transcripts-a-reality-shortly.html . An initiative of the Government, through the Ministry of National Education, which aims to modernize the procedures for State examinations.

All data entered, from registration to publication of results, will be available on the web.

The pilot phase will start MONDAY MORNING MARCH 21, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. on https://bunexe.work/e_document

The Coordinator of the computer unit Gérald Bélizaire, explained that everything was done in one click, by means of a telephone or a computer having the Internet with all the security procedures, with a bar code for the verifications by institutions or persons wishing to authenticate transcripts or certificates issued online. However, to make his request and obtain this service, the candidate or user must have his order number and personal information to access the database.

Initially for this experimental phase, only candidates for the February 2022 permanent baccalaureate exams will have free access to this online service for requesting transcripts and certificates. According to the details of Minister Manigat, this concerns about 24,000 candidates for the first group to benefit from this online service.

The E-certificate platform will then be open to the general public at the end of the experimental phase and will concern all participants in State examinations dating from 1995 until the date when BUNEXE has all the individual data to respond to requests.
