SEMANAH : Distribution of rescue materials Tuesday, as part of a sea rescue and rescue project in coastal areas Erick Prévaut, the Director General of the Maritime and Navigation Service of Haiti (SEMANAH) proceeded to the distribution of a batch of materials to the heads of the institution in the ten departments. These include, among other things, life jackets, long-range LED flashlights, telephones and solar back-ups.
