Fire : Disaster avoided in Les Cayes
On Saturday April 23, 2022, firefighters from Antoine Simon Airport in Les Cayes intervened to contain a fire that broke out at the Pont Salomon in Les Cayes around 4:30 p.m. The fire broke out at the time of the delivery of propane gas at a gas station. The disaster was avoided, two houses were nevertheless burned but no loss of human life was to be deplored.

Airplanes out of fuel
In a circular intended for airlines and ground service providers, the Toussaint Louverture International Airport Operations Department informed them that JET A-1 kerosene-type fuel, suitable for most jet-powered aircraft, is not available. Memorandum of understanding between the UEH and the FNE
