Me Johanny Stanley Josepha's intervention focused on patent rights and the need to amend the centenary law and Me Abder-Razak spoke on the memorandum of understanding signed last February between the Chamber of Conciliation and Arbitration of Haiti and the Haitian Copyright Office, on the settlement of intellectual property disputes and the need for the amendment of the centenary law.
