The civil protection indicates that heavy rains were recorded in the Plaine du Cul de Sac, for the Department of the West, sea level has risen in Cité Soleil and Petit Goâve. Flooding of low intensity occured to Soleil 21 and 23, in the town of Cité Soleil. In the North, to Plaisance, the section Plaisance/Pilate is severely damaged and gardens are devastated.

Pending a complete improvement for the lifting of the warning, the Maritime and Navigation Service of Haiti (SEMANAH) still prohibits cabotage operations throughout the north coast of Haiti until further notice, this, because of the conditions of storm surge that can cause rough seas
