High tension at the Municipal Council of Belladère
The "Rassemblement des Jovenelistes pour la Démocratie" (RJD) denounces the physical aggression as well as the death threats made against Phèdre Lacroix, Deputy Mayor of the municipality of Belladère, member of the RJD. Lacroix was hard at work for the benefit of the Belladéroise community when the incumbent mayor Maclish Ledoux and his security guard, Osner Adelson-Almé, armed with an automatic rifle, physically attacked and threatened him.

Significant price increase, but the worst is yet to come
The National Food Security Coordination (CNSA) in a special bulletin reveals that on the national market, the prices of certain essential foodstuffs increased considerably in 2022 compared to 2021 : imported rice (+40%), imported oil (+ 84%), imported flour (+60%) and imported sugar (+84%). The CNSA is pessimistic and expects a much larger increase in the national market in the coming months
