Frantz Elbé, the Acting Director General of the National Police of Haiti (PNH) went in particular to the firing range at the National Police School where for several weeks, agents from specialized units and Intervention Brigades are in the midst of training and strengthening their technical and tactical capacities as part of the preparations for the continuation of the fierce fight against gangs and the hunting down of armed bandits.

Personal protective equipment and adequate equipment are being acquired to strengthen the operational capacity of the PNH.

"Today, it is necessary to emphasize that the PNH takes the path of unity in the positive direction on the side of the police and all ranks and this has resulted in the success of the operations carried out throughout the national territory" has stressed Frantz Elbé who reiterates his formal commitment to fight firmly and rigorously all forms of violence and banditry.

In addition, Frantz Elbé launched a warning against all people who are in collusion with bandits, while reminding them that the PNH will not give up, hammering "Lapolis la ap goumen kont tout kalte bandi san li pa bezwen konnen nan ki sektè li ye paske tout moun kap kominike toutan ak bandi se bandi, tout moun kap bay lajan, zam ak minisyon ak bandi se bandi".
