Haiti - FLASH : Message from the US Embassy to potential irregular immigrants

The Office of Public Affairs of the Embassy of the United States of America has released an audio recording in Creole to discourage potential irregular immigrants from risking their lives at sea in flimsy boats in search of a better situation on land foreign.

"The United States of America continues to deport migrants who attempt to re-enter the country without legal papers under Title 42 which relates to health related to Covid.

They will deport anyone who tries to enter the United States of America illegally as the law provides.

In fact in the last few weeks the United States of America has increased its deportation flights to send migrants back to their country.

It is not worth trying to risk entering the United States of America illegally, it is not in the benefit of your family, your well-being and economically."
