Haiti - COPROCOP : The PNH now has its own cooperative 29/05/2022 10:46:18 The establishment of COPROCOP is part of the materialization of the global vision of Frantz Elbé, Acting Director General of the PNH, aiming with the support of the Government, to improve the living conditions of police officers, including administrative staff. It should be recalled that several workshops were carried out by the High Command and the members of the Commission around the project, with the technical support of experts from the National Council of Cooperatives (CNC), to finally lead to the establishment of this cooperative. During this first General Assembly, a Board of Directors made up of 7 members was formed: Marie Elva Sinora Nassar Pierre (President), Emmanuel Corvil (Vice-President), Joseph Rolind Jean Louis (Secretary General), Forestal Yves (Secretary Deputy General), Shatner Jean, Rock Auceliet Frantso Bertho (members) and a Supervisory Committee made up of 3 members: Max Hilaire (President), Inodet Merisier (Vice-President) and Myriam Fils-Aimé (Secretary), were installed at the head of COPROCOP, following the votes of the Assembly. Their term of office is 3 years. In complete transparency and according to democratic principles, in the presence of CNC experts, the members of the assembly voted article by article the statute and initialed the constitutive act of the PNH cooperative.
