This Tuesday, June 21, 2022 at 7:59 and 47 seconds in the morning, an earthquake with a magnitude of 4.1 on the Richter scale was recorded in Haiti near Corail (Dept. Grand'Anse)

The epicenter was located at 18.474 degrees North latitude and 73.892 degrees West longitude, 10 km south of Corail (Dept. Grand'Anse), 27 km west of Baradères (Dept. Nippes), 42 km north of Jacmel (South Dept.) and 166km south-east of Port-au-Prince (West Dept.), at a depth of 10 km.

No loss of life or damage has been reported so far by the Civil Protection in relation to this new earthquake...
