BNE : Memorial in memory of President Moïse

Vaccination campaign for dogs against rabies

PAHO/WHO supports the Ministry of Agriculture for a new dog vaccination campaign against rabies in the West department (June 20 - July 30).

Training of inmates

The NGO Terre des Hommes italia in partnership with the Directorate of Penitentiary Administration (DAP) has closed its training project for female prisoners (women and minors) imprisoned in 5 penitentiary centers (CERMICOL, Cabaret, Saint Marc, Mirebalais and Jacmel ). The beneficiary inmates were trained, among other things, in the sectors: IT, tiling, cutting and sewing, etc...

4 new Multi Service Centers

The Coordination of the South Response Project proceeded during the month of June 2022 to the final acceptance of 4 Multi Services Centers (CMS) of Mineur, Cavaillon, Formond and Miserne, for the benefit of four Farmers' Associations. These Centers will allow the effective development of activities in the rice sector, such as seed production, the installation of agricultural machinery for soil preparation, the management of the storage of equipment and spare parts and the installation of a mill for rice husking and drying.
