The Haitian Football Federation (FHF) informs football clubs and academies in Haiti, which have players in the U-14 category, that as part of Haiti's participation in the U-14 boys championship of the "Caribbean Football Union" (CFU), the National Technical Department is organizing a series of detections from July 11, 2022 to July 15, 2022 with a view to forming the national U-14 team.

Only children born in 2008 are allowed to participate in the screening program

Detection sites :

1 - In the North at St-Victor Park in Cap Haitien;

2 - In the Artibonite: Lower Artibonite at Michelet Destinoble Park - Upper Artibonite at Miguel St-Jean Park;

3 - In the South at Parc Mister Henri;

4 - In the Nippes at Parc Justin Casimir;

5 - In the Centre: Bas-Plateau in Parc Bayas - Haut-Plateau in Parc Charlemagne Péralte;

6 - In the North-West at Parc Capois La-mort;

7 - In the North-East at Parc Notre Dame;

8 - In the West: Gérard Christophe Park, Sylvie Cator Stadium, Ste-Thérèse Park, Flag National Park.

Documents required at the time of registration:

1- Extract from the archives of the birth certificate of the children

2- Children's passport (desirable)

3- Two recent passport photos

4- Parental authorization

5- Health certificate issued by the MSPP

6- Copy of the notebook of the last establishment attended by the children

7- Proof of the existence of the child safeguarding program within the football club or school to which the children belong.

8- Copy of the former affiliation to the Haitian Football Federation

Note : The coaches or the parents of the children will have to sign the disclaimer and late declarations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
