After the publication of the results of the baccalaureate for the 10 departments, Nesmy Manigat, the Minister of National Education confirmed, Tuesday August 30, that Tayina Anastacia Krystel Sénat, (18 years old) native of Simon, northern suburb of Les Cayes, student of Institution Flore de Simon (South Dept.) is the national laureate in the single baccalaureate exams for the 2021-2022 academic year, with a cumulative score of 1718/1900.

A success that she says she owes to her parents and the teachers at her school who supported and encouraged her. A result described as "exceptional" by the Minister.

"I had the privilege of speaking with the parents of the laureate who wishes to learn medicine. We are preparing to receive the other laureates (departmental laureates) very soon so that the State can supervise them as best as possible," declared Minister Manigat.
