Haiti - NOTICE : 3 fiber optic cables have been cut

Digicel informs the general population and more particularly the inhabitants of the North department, that 3 fiber optic cables have been cut on Wednesday evening : one on the National Road #1, one in Cap and another between Cap and Ouanaminthe.
"[...] After several attempts since Wednesday evening, our technicians have not yet been able to repair them due to several barricades on the road leading to the area.
The company will continue to take all steps to achieve access and assistance to restore service and asks the population of the area to help them find passages on the roads and allow the technical teams to reach the disaster areas
We apologize to all our customers and thank them for their patience."
