No one will be able to link the looting of businesses, the attacks on politicians and members of government, to the anger over the increase in fuel prices. It is not because of the price of fuel that one have looted schools, universities, hospitals, that we have stolen stocks of seeds and vaccines intended for several municipalities [...] that one have ransacked the warehouse of an international organization. Heavily armed men were seen leading the protests.
