Friday, September 23, the Providence hospital in Gonaïves closed its emergency services for lack of fuel. The Management of this Hospital Center asks for the help of the Good Samaritans. Digicel calls for solidarity “Our technicians continue to try to travel to the provinces to repair damaged optical fibers and to put diesel in our antenna sites.
