The private Haitian airline Sunrise Airways, headquartered in Haiti, announces a new connection in the Caribbean region with the opening of two new weekly connections to the French West Indies from December 18, 2022.

Mondays :

Port-au-Prince - Pointe-a-Pitre

Sundays :

Port au Prince - Fort de France

Thanks to this new connection, the many Haitians residing in these French territories will be able to connect Haiti by a direct flight of 1h50 from Guadeloupe and 2h05 from Martinique.

The flights are carried out in comfortable Embraer 145 jets with 50 seats.

Check-in can be made from and to Haitian provincial towns served by Sunrise. "This new connection offered by Sunrise Airways through its Tour Operator 'Explore Caribbean (**)', is a small revolution for passengers who, not only will be able to directly connect Port-au-Prince from the West Indies, while this required several stopovers, but also easily reach their final destination if it is Les Cayes or Cap Haitien, on our lines," explains Gladys Maragnes, Sales and Marketing Director of Sunrise Airways.

(**): the "Explore Caribbean" Tour Operator, created in October 2017, is the sister company of Sunrise Airways intended to support the airline in its objectives to connect the region.
