Friday, January 20, 2023, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs interested persons that the Government of the Russian Federation has decided to grant twenty-five (25) scholarships to Haitian students wishing to continue their studies in Russia for the academic year. 2023-2024.

Requirements for bachelors wishing to apply :

- Have completed secondary school with a minimum average of 7.50 in the BAC II or single Bac;

- Be of Haitian nationality and holder of a valid passport;

- Have his extract from the archives, his graduation diploma and his legalized transcripts (front/back);

- Have a medical certificate from an institution recognized by the Haitian Ministry of Health;

- Provide twelve (12) passport photos of recent date;

- Have the capacity to finance the costs of transport and preparation of the documentation.

NOTE : The scholarship is not full and therefore does not cover the costs of travel, visa, processing of files, transmission of documents and certification of diplomas at the Russian Embassy in Caracas (Venezuela), these costs are borne by the applicants.
